Can it return to cleaning after charging

When you want your house cleaned you don’t want to hope that your robot vacuum will probably clean the whole floor you want to know that it will clean the whole floor. When you’re vacuum has sensors that can map the room you know that the vacuum isn’t cleaning in a random fashion but will clean in a methodical way which will efficiently cover the whole room and because the room is mapped and the cleaning route established by the sensors, it knows when the vacuum has to stop and recharge and where it stopped so that it can return to the same spot to carry on cleaning till it has completed the whole room. This Samsung POWERbot Darth Vader has the technology to return to the same spot it stopped at to carry on cleaning. You also have the option to clean the whole are with one pass or two. Can it clean carpets as well as hard floors

As the Samsung robot vacuums have progressed the power of the suction has increased and they have managed to build it up to 20 times more powerful than the older versions. The Samsung uses CycloneForce technology which uses centrifugal force to move the dirt and debris into an outer chamber in the dust bin which keeps the main suction channel open for consistent suction power. There is also a turbo option for using on carpets so you can get an even stronger suction. There are large easy pass wheels which makes it easy to move over different surfaces and it can handle carpets with no problem but not only can it handle it the sensors can detect different surface types and it can adjust the suction power required for each. There is a rotary brush underneath with v shaped bristles to give deep cleaning.

Does it have side brushes to get into the edges

The Samsung doesn’t have side brushes to get into the corners, so how does it clean them efficiently? Well it uses the edge clean master function which uses the sensors on board to detect the wall in front of the vacuum, there is an automatic shutter which drops down to the edge of the wall and drags in any dirt and dust back while the suction deals with it.

Will it fall downstairs

This robot vacuum comes with a boundary marker roll unlike the Roomba 650 which comes with a virtual wall. You can use your boundary marker to put across areas you don’t want your robot to pass into. There is a cliff sensor on the robot so there should be no problem with it falling downstairs but if you’re worried you can lay the boundary marker down too.
