Eufy RoboVac 11 Review

Let’s look at what the Eufy RoboVac 11 has to offer:

  • Cleans For You: Clean your house with the click of a button. Versatile cleaning modes and the low-profile design facilitates cleaning under tables and chairs along with every nook and cranny.
  • High-Capacity Li-ion Battery: Delivers over 1.5 hours of fade-free power for constant, powerful suction.
  • 3-Point Cleaning System: Side brushes, a rolling brush and powerful suction ensure a thorough clean.
  • Premium Features: Anti-scratch tempered glass cover for protection, infrared-sensor for evading obstacles, and drop-sensing tech to avoid falls. Recharges automatically.
  • What You Get: Eufy RoboVac 11, remote control (requires 2 AAA batteries, not included), charging base, AC power adapter, cleaning tool, HEPA-style filter, 4 side brushes, welcome guide and our worry-free 12-month warranty.

The first thing you can see with the Eufy RoboVac 11 is the height, it’s measurements are 13 x 12.8 x 3.1 inches, which makes it smaller than it’s low price rival iRobot Roomba 650. This means that it may be more likely to fit under your furniture.

The other thing that is good about this vacuum is the remote control, you can use this to set a cleaning schedule if you want daily automatic cleaning, but it also has the option for you to set it off manual cleaning, you can manually change direction if you want it to hit a particular spot. You can also start it spot cleaning from the handset, edge cleaning, max cleaning, which is good for carpets, and single room cleaning.

The Eufy vacuum cleaner has a decent battery life of approximately 1.5 hours, so it can clean quite a good size area without stopping, when it does run down on it’s battery it will turn off the vacuum and head back to the docking station to recharge.

There is a powerful suction on this robot vacuum , with a max option for when it goes over carpets. It’s not designed for high pile carpets so you need to take this into account if you want to buy.

The cleaning system consists of 2 side brushes, 2 roller brushes underneath and the strong vacuum suction. There is also a large dirt collecting bin with 2 levels of filtration inside it, a hepa style filter and a foam filter, which helps in the level of dirt removed from the floor and the amount of time it can clean without emptying.

The RoboVac 11  recharges itself automatically and it has infra red sensors installed which allows it to manouvre around obstacles easily, the usual eufy robovac 11 charge time is about 6hrs for a full charge and it’s drop-sensors stop it falling down stairs or steps.

Who is the Eufy RoboVac 11 Vacuum Cleaner for?

If you haven’t tried a robot vacuum cleaner before and want to just buy the cheapest option, then this Eufy RoboVac 11 will fit the bill, we’ve even added it into our list of Top 10 Best Robot Vacuums to buy 2017. It works on carpets, but not thick pile carpets, and works well on hardwood floors. If you have pets, the filters help getting smaller particles off the floor and it’s good for picking up hair.

It’s a quiet unit and it could probably be scheduled for use overnight while sleeping, but it can definitely be programmed for use when you are at work. If all of these functions are useful in your eyes, then this is for you.

Customer Opinion

Good Points

Most customers are pleasantly surprised by how well this Eufy RoboVac 11 works, it picks up well, it’s pretty thorough with floor coverage and it’s surprisingly quiet, even with the max function selected.

Bad Points

The main bad points are error codes coming up after a few months of use, difficulty in contacting customer service and lack of ability to buy more filters.

This Eufy RoboVac 11, High Suction, Self-Charging Robotic Vacuum Cleaner offers quite a lot of capability for a cheaper model and certainly can give other robot vacuum cleaners a run for their money. We would definitely recommend if you want a cheaper robot vacuum that gives good cleaning on carpets and hardwood floors.
